What My Customers Have To Say
FAQ
What do you need in order to quote?
To provide you with an accurate quote and gauge how much time may be required for your job, I kindly request the following:
1. What suburb is the job in?
2. Please share detailed measurements along with any relevant photos or videos that help explain your project.
3. If anything is being attached to walls, please inform me if the walls are brick or plaster (or something else entirely).
4. Please let me know if you have any of the materials such as paint, tiles, grout, pavers etc
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes, via Facebook Messenger. Due to a high volume of requests, I am unable to offer free in-person quotes. However, I can usually provide an estimate based on photos, videos and a few questions.
Alternatively, if you would prefer I do an in-person quote or site visit then this is will incur a call out fee. Payment is required in advance to book. If the job goes ahead then the call out fee will be deducted from your invoice for that quoted job.
What areas do you work in?
Generally in the Perth Metro area, although I do consider bigger jobs as far out as Sydney!
Do you supply materials or whatever is needed?
Absolutely! If neccesary I can provide all the materials and anything else you might need to bring your vision to life. I carry a range of tools and some supplies with me, and can collect or order what is needed. Please let me know if there is anything you would like me to supply when you contact me.
